Yes as most Home Health agencies are Medicare and Medicaid certified needing to comply with Medicare Conditions of  Participation (COP) with clients that have Medicare, Medicare Advantage Plans (Medicare part C), Medicaid and Medicaid HMO insurance  as  they are billed for skilled home care services, so law applies.

This timeline is consistent with the Biden Administration’s federal vaccine mandate for health care settings.
